When you make a reservation for Casa La Naranjera the following conditions apply:

a. Payment (when you rent directly from us), by bank transfer in two parts:

1. At the time of reservation: 30% of rental price and cleaning fee
2. 6 weeks before start rental period: 70% of rental price plus deposit.

2. b.After receipt of the second payment we give you full details of the route to the villa and how to receive the keys.
   

3. c.Arrival at the villa should be after 3pm (in communication with the caretaker/representative), departure not later then 10am.
   When the villa is not rented out before your arrival day or after your departure day you have the possibility to arrive earlier or to leave later for a consideration. Please contact us for possibilities.
   

4. d.Linen (no beach towels), internet, pool maintenance, gardening and normal use of gas, water and electricity are included in the price. The beds are made on arrival. For fresh linen during your stay you can use the washing machine or ask our caretaker to do the laundry for a fee.
   

5. e.You will arrive in a clean and tidy villa. You (and your group) have to behave as a good tenant. On your departure the villa should be in good, neat condition. The kitchen(-equipment) has to be clean, including the dishes, and all garbage should be removed.
   

6. f.The entrance gate should always be locked.
   

7. g.If during the tenancy of the property something is broken, damaged or lost, you should report this, at the latest on departure to the caretaker. Please report it early enough to give us the possibilty to fix it before arrival of the next guests. The deposit will be paid back on your bank account one week after departure, minus the damage, which also can be extra cleaning costs. Damage over 300 euro will be charged.
   

8. h.Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
   

9. i.Maximum of 8 guests; only guests stated in the booking form are permitted to stay in the property.
   

10. j.Because of Andalusian regulation, all guests above 16 years of age should provide us with identification and passport details, if requested.
    

11. k.If you, for any reason, have to cancel no money will be refunded (except the deposit).
    

12. l.We accept no liability for damages of any kind during or due to your stay in our villa. This includes all damages because of personal injury and / or other damage caused by accidents in or around the villa (including swimming pool accidents), by theft and loss of property and / or by (failure of) gas, water, electricity, internet or (defective) equipment and / or natural disasters. In any case we can not be held responsible for more than the total rent paid by you.
    

13. m.We advise you to take a proper travel- and cancellation insurance.
    

14. n. The agreement is governed by Dutch law. In dispute the Dutch court will have exclusive jurisdiction.
