Casa La Naranjera is for rent. It is a lovely place in all seasons.

The holiday property is, especially in spring and autumn, an ideal location for walkers and hikers or (experienced) cyclists. It is a wonderful home for people not wanting to stay in a hotel, but needing their own place for privacy. For those who, after a walk or tour, want to enjoy a comfortable villa with a private pool. In our house you will find numerous detailed topographic maps with hiking trails.

In summer it is an ideal place for sun lovers, who - away from mass tourism - like to relax in a quiet, neat place with lots of privacy. If they are in want of a visit the Costa is nearby.

The villa is also suitable for wintering. The weather in winter in this part of Spain can be deliciously spring-like, nearly like summer, but it can also be cold. In the villa, facilities are taken to make cold periods enjoyable. There is a large fireplace in the living room and there are electric radiators in each room. We charge an energy surcharge for the winter months.

For those who love nature and culture, Casa La Naranjera is suitable in any season.
From the delicious oranges every winter to the beautiful nature nearby and from the intimate white mountain villages to the beautiful Andalusian cities, our house can give you the feeling being in paradise.

Please do realize that the pool is not fenced. For that reason the villa is less suitable for families with young children.
The pool is not heated. In winter the pool is empty.

Rental prices

We rent via Micazu and Airbnb, but you can also book directly with us. In that case you will receive a discount from us (€ 50 per booking).

The rental prices for Casa La Naranjera range from € 1.050,00 a week in low season to € 1.700,00 a week in high season (June-September, Christmas). These prices are based on a maximum of 6 people. Every extra person pays € 150 a week. Children and infants count as an adult.
We charge € 150 for cleaning and beds made up before arrival. The deposit is € 300. We might charge € 500 for larger groups. The villa should be tidy on your departure. A guest information folder and lots of (walking) maps are available in the villa.

Included in the rental price:

1. *bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels at arrival, but no beach towels
   

2. *normal use of gas, water, electricity (surcharge in winter)
   

3. *wireless Internet
   

4. *pool maintenance and gardening.
   

Our English speaking manager lives nearby and is available for questions and problems.

Availability

Bookings

The booking will be completed after you have filled in and returned to us the booking form we send you. Our booking and rental conditions apply.

Payment

Payment by bank transfer in two parts:

1. At the time of reservation: 30% of rental price and the cleaning fee,

2. 6 weeks before start rental period 70% of rental price plus the deposit.

You have to pay the refundable damage deposit (€ 300) on our account simultaneously with the second/last payment. The deposit will be paid on your bank account one week after departure, if no damage is found.
